之前安装过npm后来删了又要用又下的

c:/用户/用户名/npmrc文件

registry=https://registry.npmjs.org/

之前输入指令时，无意间多打了个”，“

之前是

registry=https://registry.npmjs.org/，

prefix=D:\nodejs\node_global

cache=D:\nodejs\node_cache

应该是

registry=https://registry.npmjs.org/

prefix=D:\nodejs\node_global

cache=D:\nodejs\node_cache

然后删npmrc

cmd输入

npm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org/
