ios8 Swift UICollectionView Header 常驻(如UITableView 的Header效果)实现

    如题，在做项目时，用到的是UICollectionView 而非 UITableView，需求中需要使得每个Section的Header常驻，如TableView 的 Header 一样，现找到一种比较好的也很容易理解的方案：
