Oracle Receivables Unprocessed Events

At closing of Oracle AR periods, we found many Unprocessed events in standard report named 'Subledger Period Close Exception Report'.
When we review some transactions randomly, found that transactions were completed and already accounted. Note that all these transactions are related to first period of Oracle AR.

query xla_events for AR application ID and join with xla_headers and xla_lines to see if they are transfered to gl, if so you may have to update the process_status column in xla_events

Use this query first
select * from xla_events where application_id=222 and process_status_code='U'

Then using the event_id column in this above query
select * from xla_ae_headers where event_id;= check columns in this table GL_transfer_date, and gl_transfer_status_code to make sure they were transfered,if both columns are populated, or to really find out whether they are in the gl use query both tables gl_import_references and xla_ae_lines using gl_sl_Link_id and gl_sl_Link_table for the ae_header_id picked from xla_ae_headers, if the line are in the gl_import_references update the process_status_code fro "u" to "P" in the xla_events

Check xla_ae_lines with ae_header_id to find gl_sla__link_id. Use gl_sla_link~id to find transactions in GL module.

Probably transaction might be accounted at sla but not transferred to GL. Run transfer to Gl to transfer the trasactions in GL.
