	I know this is old, but I want to reply so that anyone searching can get a solution Go into Alt-Tools-Environment Options "Library" Library Path look for "$(DELPHI)/Source/Rtl/Sys" and REMOVE IT it should not be here since these cannot be recompiled... You should instead add it to the "Browsing path" }-=Loki=-{
