【计算机中的数学笔记2】集合中的英文符号 notations for sets

Relations:

S \subseteq A\times B: S is a  subset of Cartesian product, called a "relation".

Specificly, S is a binary relation; R\subseteq A \times B \times C \times D is a 4-arg relation.

Functions:

Functions are special relations: for every a \in A, there are b \in B that (a,b) \in R.

injective: 每个B中元素最多有一个A中元素与之对应

subjective: 每个B中元素都有A中元素与之对应

bijective=injecive and subjective, A,B等大，一 一对应。
