问题描述：
奇TM怪了，突然间好几个程序打不开，提示 “ Windows cannot find .exe Make sure you typed the name correctly and try then again ”，如下：
解决办法：
1、把 exe 可执行程序改个名字就可以打开了（例如将 heidisql.exe 改为 heidisql1.exe）
2、参考 https://www.minitool.com/news/windows-cannot-find.html
当遇到Windows系统提示Windowscannotfind.exe时，可以尝试将受影响的exe文件改名来解决。如将heidisql.exe改为heidisql1.exe，或者参照专门的解决方案进行修复。
