To exit Scale Mode, press: 要退出比例模式，请按：

Yeah it suck to get stuck in Scale View. 是的，它很难陷入Scale View。

From there you can change the view settings, as the Menu bar is hidden in Scale View. 从那里您可以更改视图设置，因为菜单栏隐藏在比例视图中。
