urllib在Python2.x和Python3.x中的区别

Python2.x中存在urllib库和urllin2库（对urllib库的扩展），
Python3.x中仅存在urllib库（将python2.x中的urllib和urllib2进行合并及升级）

一、常用的变化如下：

1、在Pytho2.x中使用import urllib/urlparse，Python3.x中使用

from urllib import request,error,parse

2、Pytho2中使用urllib2.Request, import urlopen，Python3.x中使用

from urllib.request import Request/urlopen

3、Pytho2.x中使用import urlencode/urldecode，Python3.x中使用

from urllib.parse import quote/unquote

4、Pytho2.x中使用import cookielib.CookieJar，Python3.x中使用

import http.CookieJar
