问题：

我的2003dc用dcdiag诊断出三个失败，麻烦大家帮我看一下，非常感谢！
先介绍下我的网络环境。
域控制器二台。
dc1:dc+dns+dhcp+wins
dc2:dc+dns+dhcp(未启用)+wins

错误现像：Advertising、Services、FsmoCheck三个诊断失败！

现在的问题是，每天早上我巡检的时候，发现dcdiag诊断出的结果偶尔有三个failed。但有时又可以passed。域上面其它都正常。我自己又多做了几个测试，发现测试也是一段时间是可以正常通过的，而有时候又是失败的。麻烦大家帮我看下。

根据您提供的错误信息分析，该错误可能与GC有关。全局编录由目录林中的初始域控制器自动创建，并且每个目录林必须有至少一个全局编录。默认情况下，第一个域控制器是一个全局编录服务器。如果使用多个站点，希望在每个站点都将一个域控制器指定为全局编录，因为需要全局编录（决定了帐户的组成员身份）完成登录身份验证进程。

请您将域内的一台域控制器提升为全局编录服务器。具体的操作步骤如下：

1. 打开活动目录站点和服务。
2. 展开site，定位到your_site_name_name-server。
3. 展开服务器下面NTDS Settings。
4. 右键单击，选择属性。
5. 勾选全局编录对话框。
6. 重启这台域控制器。
