Eclipse中新建一个*.properties文件，如果输入中文保存时就会提示错误

Reason:

some characters cannot be mapped using "ISO-8859-1" character encoding. Either change the encoding or remove the characters which are not supported by the "ISO-8859-1" character encoding.

解决办法：

菜单->Window->Preferences->General->Content Types->Text->Java Properties File设置Default encoding,把ISO-8859-1改为UTF-8 or GBK or gb2312. 然后update.

虽然能保存,但还必须利用 native2ascii 来转换一下,不然输出还是乱码

在jdk1.5.0_06/bin目录中有一个命令：native2ascii.exe --> 工作这个命令可实现UTF-8码的转换, 也就是*.properties文件的中文转换
