How to Install NixNote on Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 12.10 and Ubuntu 12.04 via PPA

Nixnote, formerly known as Nevernote is an open source version on Evernote. This program is not distribution dependable, it works on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux systems. It is not connected with Evernote, because it is just a parallel clone.

In this article I will show you how to install Nixnote on the latest Ubuntu versions, likeUbuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quental Quetzal and Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin.

How to install NixNote on Ubuntu 13.04/12.10/12.04:

Open the terminal and add the NixNote PPA:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vincent-c/nevernote

Update the system:
$ sudo apt-get update

Install NixNote:
$ sudo apt-get install nixnote
