IEEE投稿无法上传文件问题（An error has occurred.Please try again......）

投稿上传手稿出现：
An error has occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Support Team for more information and instructions. The Support Team`s contact information can be obtained by clicking the ‘Help’ link in the upper right-hand corner of this page.

解决办法：需要打开科学上网，刷新网页重新上传，即可上传成功，不在报错。

此外，有时候碰上上传后出现无法删除附件、关键词无法删除、无法添加作者等，页面操作无反应是因为浏览器中有插件跟页面冲突了，打开插件管理，关闭相应插件后即可进行上述操作。
