大小写转化函数 及 函数define

str.upper()
str.lower()
str.capitalize()
str.isupper() # Boolean, 检查字符串内的字符是否都是大写
str.islower() # Boolean, 检查字符串内的字符是否都是小写
str.swapcase() # Return a copy of the string with uppercase characters converted to lowercase and vice versa. Note that it is not necessarily true that s.swapcase().swapcase() == s
str.strip() # 去掉头尾空格

def isVowel(char):
‘’’
returns: True if char is a vowel and False otherwise.
‘’’
# Your code here,You can assume that char is a single letter of any case
return char.low() in ‘aieuo’
这里用str的弊端：
isVowel(‘A’) > True
isVowel(‘AE’) or isVowel(‘ae’) > True
换成list:
char.low() in ‘aieuo’ 换成 char in [‘a’, ‘i’, ‘e’, ‘u’, ‘o’, ‘A’, ‘I’, ‘E’, ‘U’, ‘O’]
就不会出现上面的情况
