将以字符char格式描述的十六进制转换为Byte

若某个十六进制数（如0xE9）是以两个字符char进行描述的（“E"和"9”），现需要将其转换为一个byte。
首先对单个字符（如“E”）进行转换，通过ASCII码转换表做差得出其真实值：
