关于npm install报错信息排查

以下是我的报错信息：

经过排查，这个错误通常是由于 DNS 解析问题引起的。
如果您连的公司内网或者vpn建议断开链接再重新install
同时，cmd黑窗口，也需要管理员权限的页面
就可以解决了。
