1. <username> is not in sudoers file. This incident will be reported. Resolving this is rather a quick fix in centos, see below (assuming you have root access).
Type ‘su’ and enter root password. Then type ‘visudo’ and hit enter. In the presented file, search for the line with ‘root ALL=(ALL) ALL’. When found, add a line below this line for <username>.
