俄罗斯商标申请的相关介绍

　俄罗斯专利商标署是俄罗斯联邦权力执行机构，是对俄罗斯境内的发明、实用新型、商标、特殊服务标志、地理标志及商品原产地名称给予登记、保护、批准、协调的职能部门。

　　俄罗斯商标申请同样遵循国际尼斯分类，共有45类。商标的有效期为10年，可在到期日或之前办理续期，续期为10年。提交商标申请后，商标注册署审查员会对申请作形式审查和标志审查。

　　如申请合乎商标法条例并且没有抵触其他已注册或已提出注册申请的商标，注册署会发出公告许可证并列明商标获准注册所须遵办的条件。如在公告日期起3个月内没有人提出反对，申请人便可申领注册证书。从申请日至发出证书需时大约20到24个月。

The Russian Patent and Trademark Office is the executive body of the power of the Russian Federation. It is a functional department for registration, protection, approval and coordination of inventions, utility models, trademarks, special service marks, geographical indications and names of origin of commodities in Russia.

 

Russian trademark applications also follow the international Niss classification, a total of 45 categories. The trademark shall be valid for 10 years and may be renewed for 10 years on or before the due date. After submitting a trademark application, the Trademark Registry Inspector shall examine the application in form and mark.

 

If the application conforms to the regulations of the Trademark Law and does not contradict other registered or applied trademarks, the Registry will issue a notice license and specify the conditions to be complied with when the trademark is approved for registration. If no objection is raised within 3 months of the announcement date, the applicant may apply for a registration certificate. It takes about 20 to 24 months from the date of application to issue the certificate.
