一、前言

随着信息技术的飞速发展，医疗领域也迎来了数字化、信息化的转型。电子病历系统作为医疗信息化的重要组成部分，其在提高医疗效率、保障医疗质量、优化资源配置等方面发挥着重要作用。基于此，我们设计并开发了基于SSM（Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis）框架的电子病历系统。该系统通过集成先进的软件技术，实现了病历信息的电子化、标准化和共享化，有效解决了传统纸质病历管理中存在的诸多问题。同时，系统提供了丰富的功能模块，包括患者信息管理、病历书写、医嘱管理、用药记录等，满足了医生、护士等医疗工作者的实际需求。本系统的开发和应用，不仅推动了医疗信息化进程，也为患者提供了更加便捷、高效的医疗服务。

医生信息管理
电子病历系统的系统管理员可以对医生信息添加修改删除以及查询操作。

护士信息管理
系统管理员可以查看对护士信息进行添加，修改，删除以及查询操作。

患者信息管理
系统管理员可以查看对患者信息进行添加，修改，删除以及查询操作。

病房信息管理
系统管理员可以查看对病房信息进行添加，修改，删除以及查询操作。

门诊病历管理
系统管理员可以查看对门诊病历进行添加，修改，删除以及查询操作。

住院病历管理
系统管理员可以查看对住院病历进行添加，修改，删除以及查询操作。

药品信息管理
管理员可以对药品信息进行添加，修改，删除以及查询操作。

公告信息管理
