sqlplus如果在使用时进不去，并报一下错误：sqlplus: error while loading shared libraries: /opt/oracle/product/OraHome/lib/libclntsh.so.11.1: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied

则可以通过一下方法予以修复：
