Windows 11 电脑黑屏 + Office软件打不开？

我完全不知道为何电脑蓝屏了。

然后，可以进入windows 11 进入界面，但密码进去之后就是黑屏，只有个白鼠标。

任务管理器可以叫出来，等待。

卡一会儿，点取消。

5min后，进入电脑桌面。

Office套件的图标都变了，打不开了。

绝对安全的解决问题的办法，不要一上来就和我一样想着野蛮去搞windows下面的文件explorer.exe

I suggest you to try the following steps which will help to fix corrupt System Files.

a. Open the Task manager by pressing CTRL+Shift+ESC.

b. Click File and click Run New Task.

c. Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.

d. Type CMD.

e. Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:

sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

f. Close the CMD Window.
