SSH添加事务配置事务

拷贝代码放值spring配置文件中：

其中节点的详细作用自己可以百度慢慢琢磨。

配置完运行项目可能会报错：

Caused BY: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/objectweb/asm/TYPE(或者是找不到cglib) 

AT net.sf.cglib.core.TypeUtils.parseType(TypeUtils.java:180)

原因应该是hibername的包与spring的包冲突，移除Hibernate 的cglib.jar，换成使用spring的
cglib.jar(com.springsource.net.sf.cglib-2.2.0.jar)

可能还需要把spring配置文件的头部换掉：
