环二肽环（D-Tyr-D-Phe）从芽孢杆菌N菌株发酵改性营养液的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离到一种新的微生物，环（D-Tyr-D-Phe）对A549细胞具有抗tumor活性，并且该化合物对正常成纤维细胞无细胞毒性，Cyclo（D-Tyr-D-Phe）诱导A549细胞发生形态学变化和与凋亡相关的DNA断裂。
