Ubuntu 16.4.3 apt-get update 错误

在Ubuntu 16.4.3 64位 操作系统下运行 sudo apt-get update 却返回以下错误。
尝试各种办法解决不了，包括安装了Ubuntu 17.10 也解决不了。
最后，在另外台Windows电脑上，安装Fiddler软件，设置http代理，在Ubuntu 16.4.3电脑上设置刚才配的代理，这样问题解决了
