WordPress Invalid response document returned from XmlRpc server

When I move my wordpress 2.7.1 from Linux OS to Windows OS (IIS7, PHP, MYSQL env), myWindows Live Writer can’t access my blog anymore.

I get the following error message “The response to the metaWeblog.getRecentPosts method received from the blog server was invalid: Invalid response document returned from XmlRpc server”:

I got the reason : the output of xmlrpc.php that begins with the unexpect data “0×0D 0×0A 0×0D 0×0A” is wrong XML format.

So, how to resolve this problem: update 2 files manually.

\wp-includes\class-IXR.php
