使用vue/cli编译单个vue文件的时候，提示我

You are using the runtime-only build of Vue where the template compiler is not available. Either pre-compile the templates into render functions, or use the compiler-included build.

我在使用运行时版本的vue，但是没可用的vue/template编译器。使用render或是使用包含编译器的打包版本。
