java.sql.SQLException: Io 异常: The Network Adapter could not establish the connec

用“jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:orcl”连接oracle时，

报“java.sql.SQLException: Io 异常: The Network Adapter could not establish the connec”错误

 

解决方法：

 

用“jdbc:oracle:thin:@192.168.2.241:1521:orcl”连接即可，其中的“192.168.2.241”为本机的IP。
