RTOS/DRA71: Statistics Collector data is 0

the reason is the state is not open.

you can get the stat by follow step:

1. run omapconf trace bw --tr r+w -p emif1 --m0 mpu --m1 gpu_p1 --m2 gpu_p2 --m3 dss --m4 iva_icont1
2. check the status: omapconf read 0x45001008 - 0x4500A008 and return 0x00000001
3. vision SDK can read the data.
