ubuntu上配置mysql远程服务器

grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'192.168.0.1' identified by 'ROOT-PASSWORD';时出现ERROR 1290 (HY000): The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement错误；

mysql> flush privileges;就没问题了；

然后再执行：mysql> grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'192.168.0.1' identified by 'ROOT-PASSWORD';

ok了。
