apache2.4经常报的403错误解决

请检查目录有没有权限，譬如：
多主机头应该这样写：

NameVirtualHost *:9073
<VirtualHost *:9073>
    ServerName dummy-host2.example.com
    DocumentRoot "D:/web-root/phpcms"
    <Directory>
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI
    AllowOverride All
     Require all granted   
    </Directory>
</VirtualHost>

而alias应该这样写：
