如果调整scale for menu and title bars 的值过大，在图形化界面中无法调整回原有结果，可以使用如下方式：

• Ctrl + Alt + T (打开命令行 ;open command lines;terminal)
• sudo apt-get install dconf-editor (安装 dconf editor ;install dconf editor)
• dconf-editor (启动 dconf-editor ;open dconf-editor)
• open path com -> ubuntu -> user-interface
• change or reset the scale-factor to eg. 10 or 20
