OGG启动报错：不能创建 共享内存段

错误日志信息：
mgr.prm: Datastore in 'dirbdb':BDB1546 unable to join the environment:
unable to create shared system memory region:No space left on Device

问题解决：
以前进程出问题的时候，在集群上关闭了ogf的资源，再次启动的时候资源跑到了另外一个节点，
导致在正确的节点上手动启动进城的时候报不能创建共享内存段

查看shmget

value IPC_PRIVATE or key isn’t IPC_PRIVATE, no shared memory segment corresponding to key exists, and IPC_CREAT is speci-
fied in shmflg.
