使用工具：Ultra ISO 9

版本ESXi 4.0 Update1

1. 使用UltraISO打开ESXi的ISO镜像文件。
   
2. 选择【启动】-【写入硬盘映像】。
3. 点击【写入】。
4. 镜像写入完成后不要退出写入磁盘映像窗口，选择【便捷启动】-【写入新的驱动器引导扇区】-【Syslinux】。
5. 打开U盘根目录，将isolinux.cfg重命名为syslinux.cfg。
   

版本ESXi 4.1 Update1
在完成上面5个步骤后，增加以下两个步骤。

1. 在根目录下创建一个名为“ks.cfg”的文件，内容如下。       

# Accept the VMware End User License Agreement
vmaccepteula
# Set the root password for the DCUI and Tech Support Mode
rootpw mypassword
# Choose the first discovered disk to install onto
autopart --firstdisk --o
