We are looking for a developer to join our engineering team and help develop the cutting edge of data technology to change the world of online advertising. We are currently looking for a talented and energeticJava Developer to join our team for the key role of backend java developer. You will architect and develop massively scalable data architecture supporting data analytics based on Hadoop and develop query tools for large-scale data analysis to be used by analysts based on Hive and many other (NoSQL and SQL) technologies. We're looking for individuals with a high degree of self motivation, ready to learn, an unwavering commitment to excellence, excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and are fun to work with.

Mandatory Job Requirements:

? B.S./ M.S. Computer Engineering/Science/MIS or equivalent

? Excellent oral and written English communication skills

? 3y+ of production s/w development experience

? Strong foundation in Java.

? Several years of coding experience in a typed programming language.

? Ability & desire to write requirements & answer questions

? Desire to learn Flex and potentially migrate to HTML5 & Javascript

Additional Requirements: In addition to the mandatory requirements above, the applicant should have experience or at least a solid foundation in several of the following areas:

Core Java libraries

Web services and/or REST

Eclipse, Maven

Hibernate or other ORM

XML development experience

Object-oriented analysis & design & design patterns,

TCP/IP and HTTP including use of Fiddler or equivalent to troubleshoot HTTP headers

Ability to design and code a secure single-signon implementation

Experience with Application Servers
