MySQL 事务没有提交导致 锁等待

记一次，系统出现这种异常时：

java.lang.Exception:
### Error updating database.  Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction
### The error may involve defaultParameterMap
### The error occurred while setting parameters
### Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction

简单直接的方法就是：

select * from information_schema.innodb_trx 之后找到了一个一直没有提交的只读事务，

kill  ${trx_mysql_thread_id}  到了对应的线程后ok 了。

在5.5中，information_schema 库中增加了三个关于锁的表（MEMORY引擎）；
innodb_trx ## 当前运行的所有事务
innodb_locks ## 当前出现的锁
innodb_lock_waits ## 锁等待的对应关系

让我们看一下这三张表的表结构：

下面我们创建一个表来测试一下：

create table tx1

手动开启一个事务，执行一条更新语句后，不提交事务

start transaction;

由于没有产生锁，所以 innodb_lock_waits  innodb_locks 两张表的数据是空的。

执行一个产生锁等待的操作：

start transaction;
update tx1 set c1='test002',c2='test002' where id =3 ;

在执行：这条update语句时，此条update语句会一直处理等待状态，过一段时间就会出现：Error : Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction的报错。
