The server encountered an internal error (No action instance for path /user could be created) that prevented it from fulfilling this request

 

我用的是struts1,开发过程中发现以上的问题，经过我尝试，解决方法就是：

 

property-java build path - remove jre jar

 

把jre的jar删除掉，再重新导入，重新部署，这样就好
