也许错误提示是一台设备或软件系统中花费时间和精力最少的部分，也许这样做很合理。毕竟，最好的错误提示就是没有提示，这意味着这套系统的设计可以避免人们犯错。但是当出现错误时，重要的是人们知道如何去修正它。

怎样写错误提示

假设错误发生了，你需要通知用户使用你的修正方案，要确保错误提示内容包含以下几点：

告诉用户做了什么；
解释出现了什么问题；
指导用户如何去修正；
信息要简单直白，使用主动语态而不是被动语态；
举例。
