11g 创建data guard遇到ORA-16191

老问题了：ORA-16191＋Error 1017

改了primary的sys密码是不行的，不重启数据库的情况下重新用orapwd创建pwd文件也不行。只能把主库的口令文件传到备库然后rename才可以。
