Generate Asset Trace Concurrent Program Not Showing Up As Runnable

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Cannot select Generate Asset Trace under Other > Requests > Run

-- Business Impact:
Cannot not run the Asset Trace diagnostic.


Cause
The issue is caused by the following setup:

The responsibility is setup to only run Reports. This precludes Generate Asset Trace because it is a program.

Solution
-- To implement the solution, please execute the following steps::
Change the "Request Group" value for the responsibility in use to "All Reports and Programs":

In System Administrator Responsibility, navigate to

Security > Responsibility > Define

Query the responsibility by name.

Change the value for the "Request Group" to "All Reports and Programs".
