DBCC TRACEON (3604)

Trace flag 3604 is to print the output in query window. Since you have not given -1 parameter (DBCC TRACEON(6304,-1)), it would be session specific. Once you close the window, it would be cleared.

You can use DBCC TRACESTATUS to get information about the flags which are enabled.
