apply adsplice patch 3636980
打这个补丁之前一定要看readme
因为在用adpatch打这个补丁之前有几个准备工作！

1. Copy the following text files from 3636980 to $APPL_TOP/admin
izuprod.txt
izuterr.txt
newprods.txt
2. cd $APPL_TOP/admin
3. adsplice
When asked to enter the name of the AD Splicer control file, enter
newprods.txt
4. Verify that the product has been correctly created in the database.
select APPLICATION_ID
from fnd_application
where APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = 'IZU';
This statement should return one row:
APPLICATION_ID
--------------
278

select STATUS
from fnd_product_installations
where APPLICATION_ID = 278;
This statement should return one row:
STATUS
-
I

5.Make sure IZU_TOP is defined in the environment.
echo $IZU_TOP

6.adpatch 3636980

7.Download and apply patch 5856584

8.打完patch后，可以分配职责Oracle Diagnostics Tool
