自己学习写的触发器

--刚开始学习ORACLE9，好多不懂，这个触发器，还是费老半天尽，查了很多资料才写出来的，估计还有更精炼的语句，高手们要来光顾时，请留下意见。

   完成RK表记录更新时，调用存储过程。

  after update on rkm 
  referencing old as old new as new
  for each row

 newstatus varchar2(20);
 oldstatus varchar2(20);
 oldbill varchar2(20);
