启动EM 后收到 crital alert

执行 emctl start dbconsole 正常

因为之前设置过邮件alert ，收到报警一封邮件：

Type=oracle_emrep

Metric=Targets not providing data

Severity=Critical
Message=Targets not providing data exceeded the critical threshold (0). Current value: 3
Rule Name=Agent Upload Problems
Rule wner=SYSMAN

应该是 版本未更新问题，google 搜索解决方案如下:

1 . emctl unsecure agent

这步报错：OMS Upload URL - http://suse10t92.site:1158/em/upload/ is locked or unavailable.
Unsecuring Agent...  Failed.

解决方法：先执行emctl secure oms  然后再执行 emctl unsecure agent 
2（略） . emctl secure agent

2 emctl stop agent
3 emctl clearstate agent

4 emctl start agent
5 emctl clearstate agent
6  emctl upload

更新过程中发现agent 正从 10g 1.0 upload to 10g 2.0
