FND:不能在快速编码CREDIT_MEMO_REASON增加记录

1.应用环境：12.0.6
2.问题描述与分析：
  由于系统提供销售退货原因不能满足现有的情况，需要新增。
  查找后台代码与推测，发现是在快速代码CREDIT_MEMO_REASON新增，
  虽然是访问级别为USER，却无法新增，到oracle 网站一查，
  原来是12.0.6版本的bug，打上patch（7671275:R12.FND.A）就OK了

Symptoms

Unable to add a new value to the Receivables lookup in R12 although Access Level is "User".  The New icon is grayed out and using the down arrow does not work either.  When the down arrow is pressed when on the last record, the following error displays :

       "FRM-41051: You cannot create records here."
-- Steps To Reproduce:

-Receivables Manager, N: Setup : QuickCodes : Receivables
-Query for Type = CREDIT_MEMO_REASON, Application = Receivables
-Click on lines to add new value
-Notice that the "New" icon is grayed out
-Try Ctrl+N to create a new record.  This error is displayed "FRM-41051: You cannot create records here"
-Navigate to the last value in the set and press down arrow. The same error displays.

Cause

This is Bug 7616041.

The fix is to modify the procedure Fnd_Set_Customization_Level and remove the validation for customization_level = User-Level

Solution

-- To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 7671275:R12.FND.A.

2. Apply Patch 7671275:R12.FND.A in a test environment.

3. Confirm the following file version:
      FNDLVMLU.fmb - 120.1.12000000.8
4. Retest the issue.
You can use the commands like the following:
     strings -a $XX_TOP/filename |grep '$Header'

5. If the issue is resolved, please migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments (like Production).
