linux7上图形化安装grid和oracle都用这个命令，不然窗口弹跳会有问题 

./runInstaller -jreLoc /etc/alternatives/jre_1.8.0 

一，执行脚本报错

[root@hx-ractest-1 u01]# /u01/app/oraInventory/orainstRoot.sh

Adding read,write permissions for group.

Removing read,write,execute permissions for world.

Changing groupname of /u01/app/oraInventory to oinstall.

报错安装处理

[root@hx-ractest-1 ~]#  yum install perl-Env
