rman catalog 问题:DBMS_RCVCAT version导致注册catalog失败

今天把主库PROD升级到了10.2.0.3.0，catalog的库还是保持10.2.0.1.0不变

然后在注册的时候报了如下错误。

export ORACLE_SID=PROD

需要来升级catalog
