停启crs时遇CRS-0233

DW由于下面kxfplsig_serial错误导致所有节点全部重启

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kxfplsig_serial], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
LCK0 (ospid: 2507): terminating the instance due to error 480
System state dump is made for local instance
System State dumped to trace file /oracle/app/admin/diag/rdbms/start/start12/trace/start12_diag_1944.trc
Instance terminated by LCK0, pid = 2507

而其中12号节点就停在这位置，没有restart instance[@more@]

于是,去停启实例
[dwpri12:trace]$srvctl stop instance -d start -i start12
PRKP-1002 : Error stopping instance start12 on node dwpri12
CRS-0233: Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.
[dwpri12:trace]$srvctl start instance -d start -i start12
PRKP-1001 : Error starting instance start12 on node dwpri12
CRS-0233: Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.

#停crs
root@dwpri12 bin]# ./crsctl stop crs
Stopping resources.
This could take several minutes.
Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.
Retrying stop resources.
Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.
Retrying stop resources.
Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.
Retrying stop resources.
Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.

#过一段时间才停启crs
[root@dwpri12 bin]# ./crsctl stop crs
Stopping resources.
This could take several minutes.
Successfully stopped Oracle Clusterware resources
Stopping Cluster Synchronization Services.
Shutting down the Cluster Synchronization Services daemon.
Shutdown request successfully issued.

[root@dwpri12 bin]# ./crsctl start crs
Attempting to start Oracle Clusterware stack
The CRS stack will be started shortly

解决方法比较简单，就是wait一段时间再重试，但其中的原因还需要再探索
