而其中12号节点就停在这位置,没有restart instance[@more@]
于是,去停启实例
[dwpri12:trace]$srvctl stop instance -d start -i start12
PRKP-1002 : Error stopping instance start12 on node dwpri12
CRS-0233: Resource or relatives are currently involved with another operation.
[dwpri12:trace]$srvctl start instance -d start -i start12
PRKP-1001 : Error starting instance start12 on node dwpri12

#停crs
root@dwpri12 bin]# ./crsctl stop crs

#过一段时间才停启crs
[root@dwpri12 bin]# ./crsctl stop crs

解决方法比较简单,就是wait一段时间再重试,但其中的原因还需要再探索
