由于在安装的时候遗忘了编译器的安装，参照Datastage的环境要求进行安装

在安装了编译器后，需要设置两个环境变量示例如：INCLUDE：C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Include;C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include和LIB：C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Lib;C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\lib
