10.2.0.1 升级到 10.2.0.4(single server)

system: windows server 2003 sp2  en

database: 10.2.0.1

db construction: single server

============steps=========

Prepare

Install

Upgrade instance

Test

Prepare

1.check db version

2.download proper patch set

3.stop all oracle service processes;

   net stop oracleservicesid

  lsnrctl stop

 isqlplusctl stop

emctl stop dbconsole

4.extract the patch set ,install

Install

1.select the proper  database_home

2.install beginning .......

 

  stop  the "Distributed Transaction Coordinator" service and continue

 

 3.install complete

 

Upgrade instance

 

1. set oracle_sid ,path, oarcle_home

 

2.startup listener

 

3. start ->oraclehome->configuration and migration tools -> dabase upgrade assitant

 

4. select the instance you want to upgrade.

 

5.complete
