Planning ODS Load Worker report error ORA-01631

问题描述：

运行“Planning ODS Load Worker”进行数据收集时，请求报错ORA-01631：max # extents (505) reached in table MSC.DEMANDS_XSL

原因调查：

1、查看下面Sql的Output:

     select owner, table_name, max_extents, tablespace_name from dba_tables where table_name like '%XSL'

      注：XLS为Instance name。

2、原因辨明：The issue is with max_extents where ever they are 505.

      解释：The max extents error occurs when the current number of extents equals the maximum number of extents in the max_extents parameter for the object, or the maximum number of extents allowable for the db_block_size, whichever is smaller,and an attempt is made to add another extent. Max extents can be set for an object using the MAXEXTENTS option of the storage clause.

请求Planning ODS Load Worker的处理流程：

1、The requirement of space is checked and created by MSC_CL_EXCHANGE_PARTTBL.
2、The function is Create_Temp_Tab_PVT.
3、This function create table MSC.DEMANDS_XSL from MSC.DEMANDS.
4、And MSC.DEMANDS is partitioned.and max_extents parameter of every partition of   MSC.DEMANDS is different.

So the table space requirement is part of the collection program code.

对应办法：

Please modify only those which are necessary for data collections, we beileve XLS is your instance name.So extend the max extent only for XLS.And we recommend to extend them to 2147483645.(2147483645 is the unlimited value for max extent.)
