Problem
Warning when opening Business Explorer:
The Standard Transport System is active.
SAP GUI connection is not activated for current connection to BI system.
Do you want to reconnect to BI system and activate SAP GUI connection?

Solution
Check the setting below:
1.Activate the standard transport system in the transport connection of the Administrator Workbench (Edit -> Transport -> Activate standard).
Caution! Only the newly created objects are recorded from now on. You might still have to transport the old objects via the transport connection of the Administrator Workbench.
After activating the standard transport system, you can no longer save objects from browser-based applications (example: saving a view for a query in BW 3.0 Web reporting).

2.User-specific settings for the standard or BW transport system
You can use the RSOSTANDARDCTOACTIVE parameter to override the system settings for individual users. To do so, set this parameter in Transaction SU01 (user maintenance) or in the menu by choosing "System -> User Profile -> Own Data".

3.Solution prior to 20B Support Package 18 / 21C Support Package 10
To activate the standard transport system, you must set Field TADIRPOPUP of Table RSADMINS for ID 'BW' to 'X'.
You can achieve this with the following program:
UPDATE rsadmins SET tadirpopup = 'X'
       WHERE customizid = 'BW'.
Enter the program in Transaction SE38 and execute it.
